According to § 7 Abs. 1 TMG the engineering office is responsible as a service provider according to the general regulations for own contents on the website. The liability for damages of material or ideal kind, which were caused by the use of the contents, is impossible, if not malice or rough negligence is present.
If a text is created by a third party, the respective author is named. In these cases the author of the respective document or his client is responsible for the content. According to § 7 Abs.2 TMG the engineering office is not obligated to supervise the transmitted or stored external information or to search for circumstances, which indicate an illegal activity.
